Hello there friends, welcome to Love, Lizzy K!
My name is Elizabeth, but I usually go by Liz ,Lizzy, or 文伊麗. I’m a twenty-four-year-old who loves rambling about anything to do with life, shopping, being real and honest, writing (I try my best), traveling, languages, beaches, and always loves finding time to be nice and cozy. My hope on this blog and my other socials is to help distract you from the world for a few minutes, create a community where we we can all be ourselves and talk about all things life, and provide you a dose of happiness.
A few little facts to help you get to know me better:
+Some would say I am a bit nerdy. I love notebooks, pens, highlighters, and reading. I was always into back to school shopping and buying all the new notebooks.
+My hope is to encourage you to love and be kind to your body, no matter what shape or size. In this community we empower everyone.
+A planner and bullet journal obsessed lives on this blog, No but seriously, it’s like having your own adult coloring book. (to some it’s considered an addiction, but who doesn’t love to be organized…am I right?)
+My mom and her family are from Latvia, where I was born and raised for 6 years. I like to say I live all over the world, but I am mostly between NJ and FL. Most of the time I am around my wonderful Fiancé, whose hobby happens to be photography, which I am so grateful for. My dad also has a passion for photography, so making a blog meant spending lots of time with my all-time favorite people!
+I am recent college graduate from a rather small college in Pennsylvania. I majored in International Studies and triple minored in East Asian Studies Chinese, and Russian. Languages are one of many loves in my life. I speak Latvian, Russian, Chinese, and English. I believe there is nothing better than seeing someones face light up when I speak their native language with them. English was my third language, so I always had a tough time in school because no one could understand my native tongue, Latvian. Maybe we can bond over language loving, too?
+My style is very feminine and “cute” (I’m not sure if thats the right word), but at the same time there is nothing more I love than a comfy pair of cute pjs. I love buying items that last and I love thrifting for special pieces.
+I own a thrift/second-hand boutique. I started this little soul project in June of 2020, and it’s become my passion. I am so proud of what I have built with my fiancé and I can’t wait to see where it goes. Here is the link to it! I have always been passionate about the environment and shopping secondhand.
What to expect:
I love writing about so much but I mainly focus on daily life. The good, the struggles, and everything in between. If you love just chatting about everything, love beauty or fashion, you have come to the right place.
